NOTICE & REMINDER: any cancellations within 3 days of appointment, for any reservations for teams, groups, batting cages and private instruction will be required to pay the full cost at the time of the cancellation. However, “IF” we can fill your slot, you will not be charged.

$15 – BATTING CAGES, SOFT-TOSS and PITCHING MOUNDS MACHINES for an hour.  Most kids/adults usually last 45min-1 hr.  Please call ahead for times due due to lessons, clinics and other groups. We want to make sure you have access to cages. All areas are included in the price (but mini-field is occupied frequently). If any cage is busy, simply take turns. Everyone rotates very quickly with very little waiting.
NOTE: please call ahead for best times for batting cages , due to camps, teams and groups.

CANCELLATIONS: min of 48 hr notice for credit, otherwise, you will be responsible for the payment IF we cannot fill the time slot. (we do our best to fill the slot).
If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson, you will be responsible for the payment.

1 person              $60 for 1 hr    (2 siblings no extra cost)
2 people              $35 ea for 1 hour (non-siblings)
3-4 people          $25 ea for 1 hour
NOTE: starting in September, we regret that we will have to raise our prices, slightly, due to the extremely high & rising utility and operating costs. This is only the 3rd price increase in 19 years.

CAMPS, CLINICS & WEEKLY/MONTHLY PROGRAMS   
We have a variety of clinics that typically start (in November) the beginning of each month and meet once a week. Costs average $35/week for the month. Because our Camps & Clinics are kept small with a limited number of participants, they must be prepaid and sessions cannot be made up if a player misses one.

“BUILD YOUR OWN CLINIC” – tailored around your specific groups’ needs.

TEAM / GROUP RATES – requires payment at time of reservation for upcoming week. If teams have weekly reservations, payment can be made on a week by week basis.
Includes: 1-2 pitching mound, 2 batting cages w/ machine, 2 soft-toss machine, 2-3 tee stations and 50′ x 60′ mini-field which can be divided into 3 cages.

NEW  simplified pricing for team budget forecasting
$100 per team for 1.5 hrs for the entire facility!!!  IF you have another team you want to share the space with, it will be just $75 for each team. Generally, one team will use fielding area for 45 min and the other team uses the batting cages. then after 45 minutes, they switch – BUT this is your time so use as your wish. Optional:  If you would like and instructor, there is an additional $60 charge.

MINI-PRACTICE TURF FIELD  (must be reserved due to lessons and groups utilizing)
60′ x 50′ turf can be divided up into 2-3 hitting tunnels (activities: infield drills, driving golf balls, lacrosse drills, soccer drills, speed & agility, etc). Requires a reservation and non-refundable prepayment. Reservations for groups or private lessons only. NOTE: However, if the field area is unoccupied, players may use it as part of their $15 batting cage fee but must share space with others.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  While most Lessons, Teams, and all other Scheduled Reservations must be prepaid.  Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and we will try our best to work with you.  However, due to high demand for instructors & facility space, if a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will be responsible for that fee. NOTE: team reservations – if you have scheduled, you will still owe for that day.
Weather Closings: If the weather is severe enough for the Sandlot to close (does not happen very often), we will post info on Facebook and Phone.
A credit will be issued to all scheduled activities and we will call the next day to reschedule. However, if the Sandlot remains open and you choose to cancel, no credit can generally be given, but we will try to work with you.  For quick closing info, please text 607-346-0113.
