PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
(55 minute sessions)
(baseball, softball, lacrosse, golf, football, speed/agility). All lessons must be paid at time of reservation--no exceptions. We require a minimum of 3 business days for all cancellations or rescheduling or no credit will be issued.

Specialized Analysis

Hitting or Pitching Digital Analysis: $40 / 30 minutes
Instructor will work the player, digitally capture their swing or pitch. Instructor will then review players technique, and against a pro-player. Player will receive a photo printout of for reference.

Pitching Analysis - Bull-pen Session: $40/ 30 minutes
Instructor will utilize Blacksounds' K-Zone (hardware/software) system to simulate a bull-pen session. Instrcutor will then review results of your session on the laptop. The K-zone system measures and rate your accuracy and velocity. You will receive a print out for reference.
