It is our sincere hope that all players and spectators enjoy our facility. Our facility is here for your recreational and training needs. If there is anything we can do to improve it, please let us know. Your comments and suggestions are encouraged and greatly appreciated.

General Rules of the Facility
  1. Individuals utilizing The Sandlot Sports Academy do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, and staff assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur. Please reference the Release & Waiver of Liability Consent Agreement and signage posted within the facility.
  2. Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship.
  3. Please No Alcohol or Drug use prior to playing.
  4. Smoking is prohibited in and on the premises.
  5. Should you find or lose any items, please report them immediately to the office.
  6. No food or drinks allowed on the turf areas.
  7. No chewing tobacco or chewing gum permitted in the facility.
  8. No sunflower seeds or similar type products are permitted in the facility.
  9. No glass containers on the turf areas.
  10. No metal cleats on the turf areas.
  11. Please no pets inside the facility or left in your car.
  12. All play must be conducted as set forth in the rules of the sport being played as modified by this facility.
  13. Keep off nets - do not lean on, put hands or fingers on or climb.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse play and or service to anyone.
Guidelines and Policies
Membership
Membership, to The Sandlot Sports Academy, is an optional service and is open to all members of the community. Membership may be obtained by completing the appropriate Membership Registration Form and by paying the registration dues. Membership entitles the player to utilize the facility as a registered team player in league play, participate in practice sessions, tournaments, clinics, open pick-up games and other future activities. Membership benefits include discounts on field bookings, party discounts, access to special programs at discounted prices. Membership also allows us to monitor player behavior on the field; adding extra assurance that only players that demonstrate proper behavior participate in leagues. Membership may be revoked at the discretion The Sandlot Sports Academy. Members must provide proof of membership in the form of an issued card. Only cards issued by The Sandlot Sports Academy will be accepted. For league: NO PASS, NO PLAY. Passes either lost or stolen may be replaced for a small fee, if member forgets card a temporary pass may be purchased. We will keep photos of members in our database for positive identification and in the case of forgotten, lost, or stolen cards.
Liability / Injury Waiver & Release Form
No individual will be allowed to participate in any league games, practice session, tournament, clinic, open pick-up game, or other activities until a release form has been properly completed.
Sportsmanship
Individuals are expected to play under control and within the rules of the game, and to the best of their ability will avoid causing injury to themselves and other persons using the facility.
First Aid
The facility has a limited first-aid kit. It shall be the responsibility of each team to maintain their own first-aid kit for treatment of their players. Should a team require first-aid supplies from the facility, the team may be invoiced for the supplies. We will have an EMT (emergency medical service technician) on call should it be necessary.
Holidays and Closings
The following holidays will be recognized: New Years day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Dec 23-26. Closings due to travel advisorys will be posted to the website.
